High As Mountains has been rocking the Kootenays since 2014, with the current line-up (Howlin’ Dan and Morgan Rael & friends) playing since 2018 and winner of the Creston Battle of the Bands in 2019. Howlin’ Dan soulfully sings and plays bass and superstar Morgan Rael, deeply steeped in music from around the world plays guitar, steel drum (and who knows what else) who’s performed internationally for decades including playing & recording with Aerosmith and Chaka Kahn.
