Where is Crawford Bay Park and how do I get there?
Crawford Bay is a small community on the East shore of beautiful Kootenay Lake.
From the west: It is on Highway 3A 80 km north of Creston BC.
From the east: It is 40 km and a 40 minute free ferry ride east of Nelson.
I purchased tickets online at Starbellyjam.org. How do I receive my tickets?
You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket information. You can either print out your tickets or you can download them onto your smartphone/device and bring them to the festival to be scanned right off the screen. No paper tickets will be mailed out.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits. However, tickets can be transferred.* Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions or natural disasters, family and medical emergencies. A ticket is for the Starbelly Jam Music Festival, not a specific artist. Artists and schedules are subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for a refund.
*To transfer your ticket(s) to someone else:
In your ticket confirmation email there is an option to “view your tickets”. Once you have your tickets open, scroll down past the download/print option to see an option to “change name” and this will change the name of the ticket holder. The name of the card holder who made the purchase will remain on all tickets purchased, but in small printing underneath it will display the new ticket holder’s name.
What are the ferry schedules?
See Visitor Information page
Are the ferry line-ups long?
They most certainly will be on this weekend and it is advised to travel
at non peak times, Friday evening or early Saturday morning, and to
share rides with friends and neighbours.
Are there stores and services available in Crawford Bay?
There is the Crawford Bay Market and Sunnywoods vegetable market within
walking distance of the Starbelly Jam Site and campgrounds.
