Where is Crawford Bay Park and how do I get there?

Crawford Bay is a small community on the East shore of beautiful Kootenay Lake.

From the west: It is on Highway 3A 80 km north of Creston BC.

From the east:  It is 40 km and a 40 minute free ferry ride east of Nelson.

 

I purchased tickets online at Starbellyjam.org. How do I receive my tickets?
No tickets will be mailed out.  Please bring your Paypal receipt and photo ID with you to the festival. This is what is required for entrance.  There will be a designated  line for Paypal purchases at the gate.

 

What are the ferry schedules?

Are the ferry line-ups long?
They most certainly will be on this weekend and it is advised to travel
at non peak times, Friday evening or early Saturday morning, and to
share rides with friends and neighbours.

 

Are there stores and services available in Crawford Bay?
There is the Crawford Bay Market and Sunnywoods vegetable market within
walking distance of the Starbelly Jam Site and campgrounds.
