Set-Up Extras

Assist with general festival set-up. This is a physical role and may include moving and setting up tables, chairs, tents, décor, lighting, and other infrastructure needs. Shifts: Wednesday & Thursday.

Set-Up Extras (Carpentry Experience)

Assist with festival set-up, focusing on basic construction and infrastructure. Bringing your own basic tools is preferred, but some will be available on site if needed. Shifts: Wednesday & Thursday.

Take-Down Extras

Assist with festival tear-down. This is a physical role involving dismantling and packing up all festival infrastructure. Shifts: Monday.

Fencing Crew

Assist with the installation and/or removal of perimeter fencing. Shifts: Wednesday & Monday.

Greeting and Parking Support

Welcome guests as they arrive and help point them toward parking areas and festival entrances. Share general information and notify staff of any issues or concerns. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, morning to night.

Hosting

Be part of the official welcome crew! Hosts are stationed at festival entrances to check wristbands, greet guests, and help direct them as needed. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, noon to late.

Security Support

Be a visible, friendly presence. Assist in ensuring that only artists and production staff are allowed in backstage areas. Keep an eye out for any concerns and promptly notify the professional security team or staff as needed. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, noon to late.

Green Team (Festival Grounds)

Be a recycling superstar! Help festival-goers properly sort waste into organics, recycling, and garbage within the main festival area. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, noon to late.

Green Team (Campground)

Support waste sorting efforts in the campground by guiding festival-goers on proper disposal practices. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, morning to late.

Campground Crew

Assist with campground set-up and tear-down, camper check-in, and directing guests to their sites. Shifts: Wednesday–Monday, morning to late.

Kids Zone

Help with set-up and tear-down of the kids’ craft area, and support creative activities throughout the day. Shifts: Saturday & Sunday afternoons.

Bubble Zone

Keep the magic going! Refill bubble solution and assist guests using bubble stations. Shifts: Saturday & Sunday afternoons.

Merch Booth

Assist with selling band and festival merchandise. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, noon to late.

Front Gate

Welcome festival-goers by selling and scanning tickets, distributing wristbands, and answering basic questions. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, morning to late.

Volunteer Intake

Check in volunteers, distribute wristbands, help schedule walk-ups, and direct volunteers to their team leads. Shifts: Friday–Sunday, morning to late.

Crossing and Campground Support

Assist guests in locating designated crossing areas between the festival and campground. Help check for campground wristbands.
Shifts: Friday–Sunday, noon to late.
